Terms & Conditions

1. Glitter Monkeys are not liable for any damage to your or your guests’ property as a result of an art and craft party.

2. Glitter Monkeys use child friendly craft materials wherever possible. However should a child have an allergic reaction to any materials, we are not liable.

3. The duration of Glitter Monkeys Art & Craft parties may vary from the set time depending on the differing abilities of children, thus may run a little over or under time.

4. Glitter Monkeys endeavour to ensure consistency in the craft materials used, however the final product may differ from party to party, subject to the availability of materials.

5. Glitter Monkeys are not liable for any personal injury that is a result of misuse of materials.

6. If you have chosen an outdoor venue, you must have an alternative venue in case of unfavourable weather (rain or wind) on your booked party date.

7. Glitter Monkeys parties require a minimum of 6 children. In the case of a guest not attending your party, you may still need to pay the minimum amount of children.

8. Glitter Moneys has the right to stop a party if the children are in immediate danger - e.g. high winds.

9. The $50 deposit is non refundable if you cancel your party.

10. All remaining craft materials are the property of Glitter Monkeys.
